🔹 Refund Eligibility Period

  • Refund or replacement requests must be made within 15 calendar days of product delivery.
  • Requests outside this period are automatically denied.

🔹 Refund Process

  • We review requests within 1 to 3 business days after receiving required evidence.
  • Refunds are issued within 3 to 15 business days.

🔹 Payment & Refund Method

  • All purchases must be made via PayPal or Stripe only.
  • Refunds are issued exclusively through the same method used for purchase.
    (Example: if you paid with PayPal, refund will go to the same PayPal account.)

🔹 Valid Refund Situations

  • Only factory defects or product issues not caused by the user qualify.
  • Misuse, accidental damage, or wear-and-tear are not covered.

🔹 Customer Options

  • Full refund without return
  • Replacement product, if available, based on product type and supplier

🔄 If a replacement is not possible due to product or supplier constraints, a refund will be issued automatically.

🔹 Required Evidence

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos, videos, or audio if requested
  • Videos must show the defect clearly and include full context if required

🔹 Anti-Fraud Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account.

False claims or fraudulent refund attempts will be denied immediately and blocked for future refund attempts on the same product.
